Fees

I believe in making mental health services accessible and offering a flexible/self-selected fee structure to accommodate different financial situations. Based on the tiers below, clients select the session fee that best aligns with their circumstances and values. I recommend reviewing The Green Bottle method if you’d like help finding yourself on the scale.

Open Path Collective Rate - $70/session

  • This rate is only for Open Path Collective clients, which is designed for people without access to health insurance. You must submit your Open Path client number before selecting this rate.

Equitable Access - $90/session

  • Intended for those with the highest need and less access to institutional, social, and cultural resources, ensuring accessibility to therapy services at a lower fee.

Sustainable Support - $125/session

  • Provides full compensation for my work, reflecting the true cost of providing therapy services and contributing to the sustainability of our practice.

Resource Redistribution - $150/session

  • Intended for those with more access to resources. Payments at this rate allow us to offer lower rates to those with less access to resources.

Insurance

I am an in-network provider contracted with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, Florida Blue, and United. Because each company may have several different plans, I will verify your coverage before our first session. Please note that I have several requirements if you use your insurance to pay for your sessions:

  • Using your insurance means I must give you a diagnosis.

  • The insurance company can decide on important factors related to your treatment, including how many sessions they will cover.

  • They can also decide that you no longer need treatment and stop covering your sessions.

  • The insurance company may ask for your therapy records.

Appointments

  • I am only offering telehealth appointments at this time.

  • I create a standing appointment in my schedule for you, which is your time and yours only.

  • I do not see clients at night, on Fridays, or weekends.

Cancellation/Rescheduling/Late Policy

  • I require at least 24 hours’ advance notice for rescheduling or cancellation.

  • You will be responsible for your full session fee if you give less than 24 hours’ notice.
